Leave Management

In work culture, the practice to be followed on leave management are described below

  • Kindly discuss with your line manager on planned leaves in advance (2 weeks’ notice)
  • After email confirmation from your line manager
    • Please apply the leaves in leave management system
    • Enable the out of office message
    • Let your manager know your DOA (and SPOC for the pending tasks during your absence)
    • Mark the leave in your calendar and let it reflect in your manager diary
    • Do not entertain with last minute surprise (unless personal emergency) and shall considered as un-planned leave (tracked as part of KRA)

We wish to have balanced work life culture and enjoy it.
