Leave Management
In work culture, the practice to be followed on leave management are described below
- Kindly discuss with your line manager on planned leaves in advance (2 weeks’ notice)
- After email confirmation from your line manager
- Please apply the leaves in leave management system
- Enable the out of office message
- Let your manager know your DOA (and SPOC for the pending tasks during your absence)
- Mark the leave in your calendar and let it reflect in your manager diary
- Do not entertain with last minute surprise (unless personal emergency) and shall considered as un-planned leave (tracked as part of KRA)
